Church Street Site A
Site A is being delivered by The Church Street Partnership, a Joint Venture between Westminster City Council and Mount Anvil. Mount Anvil is the main contractor delivering the the site works on behalf of the Church Street Partnership.
The demolition contractor, Keltbray is due to finish demolition at the end of this year. Mount Anvil is preparing to move on site, with construction works due to begin in early 2026.
What is being delivered at Site A
- 430 new homes, with half being affordable, and 70% of those for social rent – providing much-needed homes for local people.
- A brand-new library for the community to enjoy.
- New commercial spaces to bring shops and services to the area.
- Market storage to support local traders.
- New public spaces and routes, including a welcoming pedestrian link.

Construction Management Plan
You can now view and feedback on the Construction Management and Logistics plans. We are consulting on these plans to make sure the community can help shape how construction is managed and minimise disruption.
Feedback on these plans is open until Friday 7 November.
The Construction Management plan is a guide for how we will carry out building work safely, on time, and with minimal disruption to the local community. This also includes the Environmental Management Plan.
The Construction Logistics plan is a A plan that explains how materials, vehicles, and equipment will move on and off the site safely and efficiently, while keeping disruption to the local community to a minimum.
