will then take over the site and begin construction.

Site B & C Co-design Update
In 2022, Westminster City Council pledged to work with the community to co-design the previous plans for Sites B and C. From February to May 2025, we listened as over 850 residents shared their views on the previous designs through Church Street Check-in. After reviewing feedback from the Church Street Check-in, an alternative option for Sites B and C is being developed. The co-design work has kept a similar number of homes, commercial spaces, retains a community area and market storage with van parking as was approved in the previous Outline Planning Permission.
Since September we have held eight public workshops, met with more than 20 local traders and businesses, run sessions with young people and visited several local groups.
Over 200 attendances from individuals across a wide age range, including repeat participation. As a result of the partnership work with the Church Street community, we’ve collectively made improvements to the plans for Sites B and C. A big thank you to everyone who has participated.
Visit the website Site B & C for more detailed information.
We are asking the wider Church Street community to let us know if the Codesign process is moving us in the right direction. You can do this now by going to Co-design brief
You can also come and see us at The Regeneration Space (56 Church Street) to have your say or come and see us at the Church Street Crafty Christmas Fair.
For every 50 completed surveys, there will be one entry into a prize draw for an eligible winner, with a £50 Love2Shop voucher.

Church Street Visits Ebury Regeneration Project
Earlier this month, a group of Church Street residents took a trip to the Ebury regeneration project to tour the building and meet those who have moved into their new homes.
It was a fantastic chance for Church Street residents to hear real stories, ask questions, and get a feel for what the moving process is like. Residents in Church Street have either been part of a regeneration project in their area or are looking forward to future developments of new homes.
A huge thank you to Mary and Viviane for their support with the regeneration team in showing residents around! Viviane said:
“It was lovely to show other residents our home at Ebury. I’m very satisfied with the move and my daughter and I have been positively impressed with the quality of our flat. We love that we see Anna (from estate management) and the team on site, always on hand to help residents when in need.”

Celebrating Black History Month with PDT
We are pleased to share highlights from our recent Church Street Lunch and Learn session, held in celebration of Black History Month at Lilestone Community Hub on Thursday, 23 October. The Community
Health and Well-Being Workers (CHWW) and Community Champions were delighted to welcome over 100 attendees from across the community, making this event truly special.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed. We were honoured to host Cancer Black Care, whose informative and empowering discussion on prostate cancer awareness focused on prevention, early detection, and self-advocacy.
Participants also enjoyed a shared community meal, fostering connection and togetherness. We welcomed a Climate Champion, who organised a successful baby and children’s equipment giveaway and swap shop, promoting sustainability and supporting local families through resource sharing.
Here’s what one attendee shared: “It was inspiring to learn together, meet new people, and feel truly supported by our community.”
We extend our gratitude to the Community Hubs Team and the Regeneration Team from Westminster City Council for their ongoing support.
