Thank you for having your say on the co-design process for Church Street Sites B and C

In November 2025, we shared an update on the co-design process for sites B and C, showing how the Church Street community have worked together to strengthen the plans for the new homes, community spaces and market facilities as part of the regeneration scheme.

We wanted to know if you thought the co-design process is moving us in the right direction. 

The co-design work aims to make changes and improvements to important parts of the previous Outline Planning Permission plans. Better daylight and sunlight, more space between buildings, and new community spaces are just a few of the improvements the co-design work is bringing about.
