Ashmill 

This scheme was completed in March 2023 and saw 2 new social rents. Key features of this scheme included:

  • Two new three-story family homes
  • Air source hear pumps ensure energy use is more sustainable
  • Homes are built to improve space standards, providing much-needed storage space.

Ashbridge Completed

This scheme was completed in June 2023 and has 26 new 1–3-bedroom social rent homes. Key features of this scheme included:

  • 26 new 1-2 social rent homes
  • 49 new cycle parking spaces
  • Charging points for electric cars
  • Green roof and solar panels
  • Private balconies for each apartment
  • Private communal space for use by residents of both the new building and those in neighbouring Alpha and Earl House

Cosway Street 

This scheme was completed in August 2022. Cosway Street is the latest addition to Church Street as part of the regeneration with 49 one, two and three-bedroom apartments set around a serene communal garden.

The income generated from selling the homes at Cosway Street will be reinvested back into affordable housing locally and across Westminster.
