Over the last few years, we have seen the regeneration of Church Street gather pace with projects completed at Ashbridge Street, Ashmill Street, Daventry House, Luton Street and Fisherton Street.

We are preparing to take the next step with residents, stakeholders, and businesses on Sites B and C. The Council is committed to co-designing the plans for these two sites and working with residents to assemble the best possible team of experts. This takes time, and this team won’t be fully in place and ready to work with residents by mid-2025.

While we are getting this team in place, we want to ‘check in’ with residents, stakeholders, and businesses about what they like and don’t like about the previously approved plans for Sites B and C and what they feel about the regeneration of Church Street so far. What we hear from residents, stakeholders, and businesses will form the foundations of the co-design process by letting us know the area’s priorities and concerns.
