Daventry House has provided 60 new community supportive homes and was competed in August 2023. This a landmark scheme for older adults and a business enterprise building for Westminster City Council. The key features of this scheme included: 

• 60 new homes for older adults 
• All of the homes meet the HAPPI recommendations (Housing for an Ageing Population Panel for Innovation) 
• A 1300sqm enterprise business space which forms the base of the building
