After reviewing resident feedback and considering the best way to continue with the project, we can now give you our updated plans. The Lisson Grove programme consists of two sites:
1) The Council offices on Orchardson Street
2) Gayhurst, Penn House, 4-12 Lilestone Street, and the Greenside Community Centre.

Under these updated plans, the new Health & Wellbeing Hub should be finished by 2033 and would:
- Provide a home for services aim at improving residents' health and wellbeing
- We are currently exploring potential services to be based at the Health & Wellbeing Hub, including:
- Church Street Community Hub
- Westminster Adult Education Service
- Westminster Employment Service
- A day centre for Adult Social Care
- Two Doctor surgeries (Subject to confirmation)
- Housing Services
- Provide a new community hall to replace the current Greenside Community Centre
To ensure residents can benefit from all the services and activities a Community Hub can provide, the Council plan to open a temporary hub at 4 Lilestone Street in early 2026. This will provide the community with a programme of activities and support before the permanent hub is completed. We would like to discuss these plans with you and answer any questions you might have at this session - this session is for those over 50 years old.
