Lisson Grove programme update

After reviewing resident feedback and considering the best way to continue with the project, we can now give you our updated plans. The Lisson Grove programme consists of two sites:

1) The Council offices on Orchardson Street
2) Gayhurst, Penn House, 4-12 Lilestone Street, and the Greenside Community Centre.

Lisson Grove programme

Under these updated plans, the new Health & Wellbeing Hub should be finished by 2033 and would:

  • Provide a home for services aim at improving residents' health and wellbeing
  • We are currently exploring potential services to be based at the Health & Wellbeing Hub, including:
    • Church Street Community Hub
    • Westminster Adult Education Service
    • Westminster Employment Service
    • A day centre for Adult Social Care
    • Two Doctor surgeries (Subject to confirmation)
    • Housing Services
  • Provide a new community hall to replace the current Greenside Community Centre

To ensure residents can benefit from all the services and activities a Community Hub can provide, the Council plan to open a temporary hub at 4 Lilestone Street in early 2026. This will provide the community with a programme of activities and support before the permanent hub is completed. We would like to discuss these plans with you and answer any questions you might have at this session - this session is for those over 50 years old.
