This continues the successful work that saw Church Street residents work with architects to make changes to designs for the regeneration scheme. Since March, we have held pop-up events, spoken with residents at the market and held four popular interactive workshops. In these latest workshops, we have worked with residents, traders and businesses to further shape the plans ahead of submitting refreshed plans. There is still more design work to do before we submit a planning application in 2027. We’re committed to continuing this partnership work with you to make sure the designs for Church Street Sites B and C deliver what the community needs.

What to Expect

On the day, we will share the progress of Site B & C co-design. There will be drop‑ins, Q&A with architects, live models, and family activities.
