Works to the hoarding on Broadley Street

A small section of hoarding at the Penfold Street end of Broadley Street will need to be temporarily moved onto the pavement. This will enable the removal of materials required to complete the demolition work. The Community Artwork Hoarding will also need to be taken down during this time, but it will be carefully stored and reinstalled after the works are finished.

The work to safely remove the Community Artwork and move the hoarding out into the pavement will take place this weekend (Saturday, 30 August, and Sunday, 31 August). We do not expect these works to be noisy, and all necessary measures to ensure public safety will be taken. The lights that are currently on the hoarding will be repositioned. The material removal work will happen during normal working hours. This removal is expected to be completed by Friday, 12 September.

Subject to the completion of the material removal works, we anticipate that the hoarding and Community Artwork will be returned to their original positions on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience these works may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
