Site B & C C-design Stage 2 Is Underway

The next Phase of Site B and C co- now underway with our first workshop taking place on Wednesday 29 April.
The first workshop in this phase of the co-design process recapped on what we heard during Stage One, how the design has evolved so far, and discussed the key priorities for the next stage. This was an opportunity to reflect together and help set the direction for the design journey ahead.
For Stage Two co-design there will be six workshops each focusing on a different theme.
This includes:
- Design vision and identity
- Transport and communal space
- Landscaping and public realm
- Sustainability
We have also held a series of community conversations with youth groups, schools and community organisations. Since the end of Stage One co-design last November, we continued our engagement with residents holding two site visits, one at Daventry House/Fisherton Street, the other at Dickens Yard in Ealing.
We also held pop up stalls to give everyone a chance to see what we have been working on and to give residents a chance to give their feedback.

Mosaic One Stop Service

Since Mosaic launched their one stop service at the Triangle Studios, they have helped local residents access services providing a vital service in the community.
One resident has described how Mosaic has helped them.
“Since coming to Mosaic’s One Stop service, I have managed to solve many of my problems. I had many letters I did not understand, and I was not coping with reading them, this was affecting me and making me depressed. The friendly lady at the one stop service took time
to read through my papers, explain them and signpost to other organisations to receive help. I am happy now that I have somewhere to go when I need to. It is such a weight off my shoulders. This has helped improve my mental health as I no longer feel alone.”
Mosaic One Stop is funded by Mount Anvil, Church Street Regeneration Site A development partner.

On behalf of everyone, thank you for everything you’ve done. We wish you all the very best for the future.
Grand Union Team Celebrate Earth Day on Church Street

A huge thank you to Zoe and the Grand Union team for their support to the Church Street community for Earth Day in April.
In collaboration with the Paddington Union Partnership, they organised a day of litter picking and flower bulb planting. Their efforts and enthusiasm have made a real difference, and we’re looking forward to continue this partnership and work together on more community focused activities.
