Price Draw Terms and conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents within the local area for the Church Street Regeneration programme, Church Street, London, NW8 8DT of Westminster City Council (the Council).
  2. Eligible participants must be aged 18 years or over with the exception of employees of the Council, its agents, contractors or sub-contractors in connected with delivering the Church Street Regeneration programme.
  3. No financial purchase is necessary to enter into this prize draw.
  4. The closing date for the prize draw is 30 May at 23:00
  5. To enter, all fully completed 'Have your Say' survey concerning Sites B and C (www.churchstreet.org/co-design-brief) (the Survey) completed for the Church Street Regeneration programme will be entered into the Council’s prize draw.
  6. For every 50 participants who fully complete the Survey there will be one entry prize draw for an eligible winner, eg, if there are 200 eligible participants, there will be 4 entry prize draw winners.
  7. All prize draws will take place by Friday 16 January 2026 at the Regeneration Space, 56 Church Street, London, NW8 8ET.
  8. The prize draw winner will receive a gift voucher with a value of £50.00.
  9. The prize draw is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Council reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
  10. The winner will be personally notified as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date using the email address or mobile telephone number provided.
  11. The winner must claim their prize within 30 working days of notification from the Council.
  12. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Council reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to another prize draw winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions. It must be noted that a third party cannot claim the prize on the winner’s behalf.
  13. The Council will use personal data submitted by participants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
  14. By entering into this prize draw, all participants consent to the use of their personal data by the Council for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the participant has consented to.
  15. The winner shall give consent to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
  16. The Council may at its sole discretion reserve the right to exclude anyone from participating in the prize draw if it is of the opinion that their entry does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  17. The Council reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  18. By entering into the prize draw each participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
