We have been consulting on naming the six buildings we are building as part of Site A - see below:

We selected the top three themes and held a vote for residents to choose which of them they liked most. The winning theme will be used to name all of the buildings, and the top three themes are listed below, along with illustrative examples of what the names could be:

Local Characters:

• Joe Hegarty – former Church Street Councillor who also chaired the Church Street Futures Group
• Henry Sylvester Williams – former Church Street Councillor who was also the first elected Global Majority Councillor to serve in Westminster 

Local area and the market:

• Merchants
• Barrow
  

Nature linked to heritage of the local community:

• Cedar
• Jasmine
  

Voting has closed. We are pulling together the balloting results now. After we have the winning theme, we will submit the final names for approval to the Royal Mail, the emergency services, and others. We will let residents know when they have signed off on the final names for the buildings.
