The Church Street Partnership is a joint venture between Westminster City Council and Mount Anvil set up to deliver Site A as part of the Church Street regeneration, with Mount Anvil appointed as the development partner and main contractor.
The partnership will deliver around 430 new homes, with 50% designated as affordable homes, along with together with a new library, improved market infrastructure, better public realm and community facilities as part of the first phase of the masterplan.
Construction is due to begin in early 2026, with final handovers in 2030.
